The Heart Connections program partners with Rowan Community, a metro care facility.  VIA pairs you with a resident who may not receive visits from family or friends.  Time commitment: Volunteers visit at least once a month for a year.  This is a perfect opportunity for an individual or a family looking to serve together.

The Faith In Deed program will match you with a low income senior or disabled neighbor who needs some help and support while living in their own home. Volunteers typically visit weekly or every other week, supporting their neighbor with friendly visits while developing a long term relationship/friendship.  This is perfect for an individual who wants a consistent opportunity to create a one-on-one connection with a neighbor in need.  Time commitment: Long term, customized to your schedule.
